The Qogent team relies on a Online Direct and Affiliate Sales model that provides leverage for our sales representative at every customer interaction. Our user-driven online B2C sales model allows us to interact with more users than a traditional local consultancy sales model on a daily basis. At our scale, even small optimizations, across every touch point (website visitors and product users), provides tremendous impact to the growth of our business. The Online Sales representative leverages this online model by layering in sales programs across many customer segments and stages of the customer to accelerate revenue. We are looking for someone who spikes in analytical thinking, ability to deeply understand customers, and getting stuff done.

What you’ll be doing
- Attending to all inbound callback request from our website.
- Working as an expert consultant in the study abroad field.
- Analyzing students' profile and consult them for their higher studies abroad. Get them enrolled to one of our packages.
- Working with cross-functional teams across applications, marketing, operations and our business partners.
- Acting as a leader and self-starter and taking responsibility of the website Sales.
What skills you’ll need
- Being talkative and having a cheerful personality.
- Experience in handling inbound leads and writing persuasive Emails
- Have a proven track record of making sales calls and converting leads into customers.
- Strong working knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel and process
- Good understanding of acquisition, expansion & retention metrics and how to impact

- Academic Degree in Sales or Marketing
